Low Salary Stupid seniors who tend to manage you whilst doing nothing themselves, if you're deployed at client side dont let such people take advantage of your work Lack of vision and career progression PA process is just a sham No employee care, no matter how long you work with the company and how hard you work They hire new expats on lower salary and deploy them to clients whilst pocketing good rates Overall not a technical workforce but people who can simply do trial and error Not to stay for longterm Saw some very demotivated people, but slowly understood why they are so Some stupid people are promoted who do nothing but play politics, if you were to join this company avoid such people, they are easy to spot If you commit a mistake, it will be highlighted whereas if you get an appreciation from the client it will be downplayed
