- Great for starting your testing career as it provides free ISTQB courses and certifications - Exposure to different domains and technologies as you will be dpeloyed to several clients in short terms

Minpunten

- low salary compared to market - no matter how hard you work and how your client gives great feedbacks about you to the Client Account Manager, once that Client Account Manager leaves, you have to prove yourself all over again to the new Client Account Manager - difficult to get promoted as you would need to provide proof of experience first in your projects for you to be promoted but once you ask to be deployed to projects that can give you that experience, they will not give it to you as well.
