      Pluspunten

      Fijne sfeer, gezellige collega's en interesante onderwerpen om aan te werken. Je kunt jezelf verder ontwikkelen en in vele gevallen ook overstappen naar een andere functie. Een bedrijf waar je 25 jaar of langer zou kunnen werken.

      Minpunten

      Als product owner / functioneel ontwerper wil je graag de puntjes op i kunnen zetten op de producten binnen je domein maar daar is vaak geen tijd voor of krijgt niet de juiste prioriteit. Management wil projecten snel afronden en weer door naar het volgende project waardoor de nazorg en doorontwikkelen van de software soms te kort schiet.

      As an Employee, I was impressed by the genuine emphasis on work-life balance. The team respected personal time and managers were supportive and approachable. Great culture for anyone looking to grow without burning out.
