Planon is een fijn bedrijf om voor te werken, ze geven je veel vrijheid en vertrouwen waardoor je zelf kan laten zien hoe dingen van toegevoegde waarde zijn voor Planon. Daarnaast is er veel flexibiliteit en een hele prettige cultuur. Iedereen is behulpzaam en maakt tijd voor je.

Minpunten

Omdat het een grote organisatie is geworden kan verandering soms traag gaan.
