This place is a mini Google in terms of culture. The CEO is 100% customer and employee focused. The company is landing multi-million dollar deals and people are making 7 figures. The engineers are bonused based on sales. It's a very interesting model and seems to fuel the growth of the company. The company is being offered buyouts but the CEO is specifically going for an IPO. Hewlett Packard Enterprise invested in Platform9 and has also built its hybrid cloud platform on Platform9, and other big name companies are sitting up and taking notice that this company is becoming a unicorn, so it's a good place to be.

The physical office is probably the one con. It’s centrally located literally across the street from the Sunnyvale train station. You can hear the train when it arrives. It’s also steps away from downtown Sunnyvale. However, cell reception is not good and the office is now very tight because of the growth the company has seen. Executives are already on top of it and looking for an expansion office in addition to this one, so I don’t think the issue will last too much longer.
