The founders are very supportive and the work environment is great.

Nothing specific as such. Just be sincere, do your work well, and stay genuine.

I worked closely with one of the founders, and that was a good experience.

But during my sales role here, I had to spend money from my own pocket, like buying international calling packs and sales tool subscriptions, which they did not reimburse during my full and final settlement. They also started introducing their own rules and documents — very typical of phony Indian companies — which was bad.
