Corporate culture has turned PlayStation into a politics war ground and taken the joy out of what was once a fantastic work culture. Senior leaders constantly misaligned, pushing their agendas to rise the ranks. Portfolio management process is a mess, prioritization of work is done poorly, lots of burnout in staff. The company motto should be, do more with less. Beware you usually do your roll and that of the roll above you.
