Pay was pretty average and could have been better

- Flagship game Two Dots is a relative hit among the indie game developer community and has been sustaining the business for over 5 years now. - Good Benefits (Health Insurance Premiums, 401k match, Citibike membership, Student Loans, etc) - Some good people (esp. on the Two Dots team) - Work/life balance is great on some teams

- Incompetent leadership with large, fragile egos. - Tons of unnecessary bureaucracy for an early stage startup. It's difficult to move quickly due to self-inflicted bottlenecks from a few in management due to their willful ignorance and/or attempts to stay relevant. - General culture of complacency due to lack of accountability across teams and the fact Two Dots keeps the ship afloat.
