Plentific has been a truly rewarding place to build and lead. I joined at a pivotal moment and have had the opportunity to architect and grow the Engineering team from scratch—shaping not only the technology but the culture and ways of working. This sense of purpose runs through everything we do, and it’s incredibly energising to work on products that create real-world impact for housing providers, tradespeople, and residents.
