Good software with good people who genuinely believe in what they are doing. Product is better, easier to use, and adds more value than competitors.
Minpunten
Growth has driven management to add layers of bureaucracy. It's too much like Office Space the movie with multiple bosses and the new levels of management don't add value. It's just another person demanding things that don't help get the project done. The new single-minded focus on billed hours is driving off all the good consultants.
