Micromanaging to the worst extent I’ve ever expected, you have to fill out hard paperwork as well as on your app, constant calls from office. The field supervisor here talks bad about, down to and about all coworkers. Not a team environment between management and under. Owners are always openly at odds. Also, was hurt on the job and they wanted me to use the company card instead of work comp, now having to sue to re-coup medical bills as well as further damage from them not respecting the injury. Hourly wage was decent but owners dispute when to give it and then blame it on each other. Get everything in text, you will need it later.
