This is the same company as Teleperformance! Same contract with Cox Cable, same pay dates, same people running the show. They shut the doors down of TP and moved to a diff building. You get hired in to do one job and the next thing you know, your being trained to everything. tech support for video and data, sales,billing,telephone new installs,setting up brand new accounts..........you get paid for 1 job and you have to do every job without any extra pay.The average call time they expect you to have stayed the same even after they added extra procedures and more work, which naturally made the calls longer.So then you were bitched at for not meeting performance levels and then you never reached your goals to receive your bonus. They implemented a Bonus Plan where you could POSSIBLY earn an additional $2.50 /hr but there was no way to keep track of anything, so they could screw you out of it and you would never know why. Then when you did actually get a bonus, nobody was able to explain to you which goal was reached.????
