Managers are cool-aid drinkers that like the mold in the cup. HR nightmare. Bad language, lazy co-workers, backstabbing, no training, poor pay for hard dangerous work. Blistering hot in the summer and freezing in winter. Even with all the safety stuff you will still leave there with problems for your health in the future. Hard work and the office just pushes and pushes, no concern for capacity. Dirty jokes, inappropriate behavior and HR has been made aware many times. Nothing changes and if you challenge, you get fired.
