Duration: Joined December 2024 – Left after layoffs in January Review: I joined the company in December as an Engineering Manager after confirming with leadership that the company had sufficient runway and financial stability. Unfortunately, within a month, significant layoffs were announced, including impacts to newly hired employees. This revealed a serious lack of planning, transparency, and responsibility at the leadership level. There was no foresight or clear communication about the company’s financial condition or hiring strategy. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience. I would caution anyone considering joining this company to do deep due diligence and look for signs of organizational maturity and financial integrity before committing.
