Pluspunten
- Teammates (trauma bonded) - Company merch is a plus I guess (shirts, hoodies, hats)
Minpunten
Geez where do I start, - Pay is way below market rate - There is no room for growth, especially if you're not local to Lehi. They'll pretend to consider internal candidates for job postings first but will always go with a local hire because they need to fill their pretty little office. - Speaking of the office, they recently started enforcing the hybrid model for Lehi locals because it "boosts morale" but in all reality, people were miserable with this change. - There were two and a half HUGE layoffs in less than a year (I say half because that one was smaller and "silent") - They took away the one benefit we had left that set them apart from many companies and, honestly, was one of the reasons many people stuck around. Unlimited PTO. When I first started, they used to preach about taking time off to "recharge" but I guess their employees' health isn't important to them anymore. - They don't have proper processes in place for product/ feature releases. Things get thrown to the wind without proper testing so there's almost always a huge mess to clean up afterwards. - Lots of people are overwhelmed with work because they're doing the job of at least 3 people. - Whatever the C-Suite says, goes. Doesn't matter if an expert or someone with years of knowledge tries to warn them about repercussions. Any suggestions or warnings fall upon deaf ears. - I could go on for days but I'll wrap it up with: They are tone-deaf. After the layoffs and stripping us of unlimited PTO, their Glassdoor rating tanked. Surprise surprise. They started having their People Ops reach out to employees directly who they thought would leave a good review here. Most of the recent positive reviews you see, especially the ones from people who have been here for years, are most likely the "inner circle" of people who are borderline brainwashed and feel a sense of loyalty to the company / the frat bros in charge.
