Pluspunten
The office has great energy with the open floor plan, which makes it easy to collaborate with your team and cross-team. So many interests are represented, which makes it great for employees to build rapport with one another, and management has programs in place to support that (DJ of the Week, Co-Founders Lunch, and the list goes on! I like that I'm kept informed about what we're doing and where we're going beyond just the vision statement and our quarterly deliverables. This is the first company I've ever worked for where management is truthful with their "open-door policy" and has plenty of scheduled and ad hoc meetings where employees are kept informed.
Minpunten
I can't think of anything to change. My career has advanced very quickly in the time I've been here in ways that I didn't expect. It's a great challenging and rewarding environment to be a part of, and everyone, from the CEO down is committed to the company's success. The only reason why I gave 5-stars to everything except work/life balance (which gets 4-stars) is because we're growing like crazy! Of course it's busy around here!
