- Too much pressure and responsibilities on one person
- Their work structures make zero sense and aren't thought through
- seems like the HR's job is to chill. No employee representation
- Cheap mentality in upper management. Designers work on Corel Draw in the age of Photoshop CC 2021
- Zero work life balance. You'll be expected to work even when you are sick and exhausted, like a labour mule
- Leave policy sucks. If there is a holiday on a weekday, then it will be compensated with a full working day on Saturday
- all in all the company is run by a bunch of amateurs who run around like chickens in the dark, not knowing how to do their jobs
