This organization has policies & procedures in place that are safe, smart and easy to follow. I find management to be helpful, supportive and interested along with projecting positive feedback. HR is so informative and keeps us posted in a very professional manner which is awesome! I appreciate the people, the work and having a beautiful and clean as a whistle office and warehouse environment. Love my Pointsmith family!!

There are an excess of internal meetings that could be narrowed down. I do feel, especially in our current Covid state, that the wheels of progress move slower and it takes more time to get projects awarded. But that con is livable and fixable.

Great people! They go out for drinks and the work parties are a lot of fun. Clients are great to work with and I had a great overall experience

There are times that big campaigns take over your work/life balance. There is favoritism as well.
