The company has very limited understanding of project roles, responsibilities, and modern project practices. This leads to unrealistic expectations and confusion about what the role is actually meant to achieve. There is no proper SOP, no structured processes, and very little sense of continuous improvement. Many tasks rely on tribal knowledge rather than clear, repeatable workflows. Management decisions can feel inconsistent and not well thought-out, often changing direction without providing clear reasoning or guidance. Communication is vague, instructions are unclear, and governance is almost non-existent, which results in duplicated efforts and avoidable mistakes. Although the company is trying to expand, both the tooling and the mindset have not kept up with growth , making scalability extremely difficult.
