6yHi there - thanks for taking the time to write your feedback. I can see you have some strong opinions and appreciate that this is your individual experience and I'm truly disappointed you feel this way. While I can't comment on your experiences and perceptions, I can comment on our culture. In my experience, it has been far, far from cruel and heartless. We moved quickly to require all employees who could work from home to do so in the face of COVID-19 in order to stay safely at home. We are providing a myriad of resources to employees about their mental and physical wellbeing during this time. We communicate frequently with updates to our employees to provide information during this unprecedented time.
As with any company, there is a strong need for balance in order to satisfy ALL stakeholders equally: employees, customers, partners, and shareholders. That does sometimes mean one of those stakeholder groups will have a different point of view on a decision that has been made as it is incredibly difficult to find the perfect balance.
