-Great exposure to many projects and jobs to add to the resume when starting your career. -Great place to make connections in the industry. -Obtained so much experience from all of different accounts to help out. -Tons of PTO, had over 28 days.

Minpunten

-Pay is terrible. Received raises first 2 years. No raise for 5+ years. -Upper management got rid of the good managers to overload other managers. -Expected to always take one for the team but never returns the same.

They are ok for getting your foot in the door for the industry, and getting some experience working in an office/industrial job site.

Every thing about this company is just terrible. I don't know who my manager is anymore. We have gone through so many in the time that I have been here. Don't even bother to ask for raises because you're not getting any. You are nothing to them.
