Some of the people I worked with were great individuals with a great personality. Also, if you do your job perfectly, they will only drop you when it's most convenient for them money-wise instead of just when they feel like it.
Minpunten
Extreme nepotism from the top down. Our long time PM of 12 years, overnight manager of 15 years, all let go when the company was bought out for the 3rd time in 5 years. Overnight manager was literally 3 months from retirement but they didnt want to pay out. They only care about the money and could care less about the employees. I literally had a manager in Houston during the freeze in 2021 tell us to go out to the stores with no power and somehow fix them. We all had to complain and then he had to have a meeting where he apologized for 'forgetting our human needs'. Burn it down.
