Most of the people below manger level were great. The work is very easy and laid back. It’s a good summer job
Minpunten
It’s basically a company run by teenagers. The pools are dominated by 14-23 year olds at their first job with maybe one grumpy old man as the “supervisor”. The management and HR staff do not care about you because they know they can replace you easily. This company was horribly mean and rude. I worked there for 5 years and was promoted to a manager. They decided they didn’t like me and made up accusations and lies against me. I had proof that they were not true but was not allowed to say anything and was fired. I would have understood had they just been upfront that they did not like something about how I was doing my job but they lied and just pushed me out
