This is a company with the best possible work culture, they go out of their way to care for their employees' well-being and they are professional in every step of the way. I'd love to work for them again and I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend as a model employer!

Minpunten

The only bad thing was that when my first assignment was shortened there was hardly any new assignents available, since I was employed initially for 80 %.

The company sets global strategies/goals than it is up to the local manager/VD to decide how to work towards these. There is support to gain from other offices and from the central company but the office worked together. I had some really great colleagues and since I left the Umeå office has been restructured with new and improved management.

Minpunten

When i was working there the work environment was a bit toxic. I worked well within my team but other part of the company(sales and management) where not what i want from colleagues and managers. I know these people have left the company.
