The management here is great, they always have your back when you need it (as long as you are doing your job). hours can be flexible if you need it pay is not too bad, its kind of like commission - you get paid for the work you do. promotion to management have been increasing

Minpunten

Summer... long hours and HOT!! As a pool cleaner (tech) you almost never get a raise, doesn't matter how long you've been there unless you get promoted there is a lot of driving, we service the entire phoenix valley

Smaller company with the backing of a large company, therefore not a lot of red tape to make changes and improvements

Change takes time, but moving in the right direction

individual pools to lifeguard,, supplied all necessary equipment such uniform and all and mad it easy to get re certified. Management always had your back when dealing with a patron

Minpunten

Supivisors only every saw you for a few minuetes a day and would say you did everthing wron in those few minutes forgetting you where on the ball for the other 8 hours. Sometimess long drives to the pools and long hours on weekeds . have to work weekends
