I started out the last few days of April and I have climbed fairy quickly to Gold status. This job allows me the flexibility to work from home when I can, as much as I'd like or as little too. If my children are sick, or an emergency pops up, I am not in fear of using up my vacation or personal days like I would in the corporate world or my husband's because I have used up mine, like I had when working in the private sector years ago. I am able to help resolve my clients issues with their laundry, whether it be that it is a task that has overwhelmed them, or it is a luxury service for them. It provides a rewarding experience for myself and my family as we work as a team to bring smiles to my clients faces! Working from Sudshare has provided us with a supplemental income so that my husband can be home a bit more and work less OT allowing us more family time too! Other positives that I have experienced are the wonderful people I have met working with Sudshare aside from my amazing customers! We have such a great group of Sudsters in my community as well as support people online that are always great at helping and talking with!

I haven't found many cons with Sudshare. My clients have been wonderful. The only downside I have experienced is within the platform itself, but Sudshare is working hard to make improvements. I'm apart of a beta test group, so I expect bugs to happen. Communication would have been great, so I would have known ahead that I was selected and that way I would have known to be on the look out for these issues. I believe being placed into a group with other beta platform testers so we could share our experiences and feedback with the engineers would have been another benefit too. Everything though is a learning experience. The platform overall has its glitches, but the support team does its best to fix the problems promptly through the ticket system.
