Hard work but great coffee and people - werkgeversreview Marketing bij Port City Java

I loved my job and coworkers, but leadership was challenging to work with. High expectations with limited resources (very small budget and I worked as a team-of-one for majority of my time there). Hard work but I learned a lot. Not a high paying position, even for director-level marketing position (often paid less than cafe management). However, some members of leadership have changed since my time there and I am impressed with some of the new marketing initiatives I've seen from the company. I wish the best for this company's success, but I was burnt out by the time I left!
