2020 has certainly been the worst year of my life (and probably for most), but working for Portico has made every day a little better. The leadership team is extremely communicative and supportive throughout all of this (and outside of COVID as well). They just... get it. They know what they're doing, they know how to treat their employees, and they are open to changes if you have ideas. Portico is big on promoting within. If you're looking for a career where you're excited to go to work every day, see what openings Portico has.

Currently manages 2 properties in Austin. Would be awesome to have more properties in Austin/Round Rock.

Not many since PTO policy changes and micromanaging. benefits are the same or worse as other property management companies.

Minpunten

They just changed PTO policy, they don't have sick days so you had to use PTO and now you can't use PTO to call in sick, you can now only call in if you have jury duty, a family member dies, or you have to be in the hospital or do FMLA. So if you are sick you have to pay to go to the hospital, they will not even take a doctor's note now or you just have to show up sick to work but regionals and corporate get unlimited PTO. If you have a child do not work here they will not excuse your absence to take care of them if they get sick unless they die.
