One of the best parts of working as a home-based RBT is building strong relationships with clients and their families. Working closely with them allows you to make a meaningful, lasting impact while helping clients develop skills that improve their daily lives.
Minpunten
One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for. Employees are consistently overworked, underpaid, and expected to carry uneven workloads while management takes little action to address ongoing concerns. During a staff meeting, the owner openly acknowledged that employees were likely “eating ramen for dinner,” yet made no meaningful effort to improve compensation or working conditions.
The company culture does not make employees feel valued or respected. Concerns are often dismissed, and support is lacking. The HR department was particularly troubling, as confidentiality did not feel respected and employees frequently worried that personal matters would become common knowledge throughout the company.
Overall, this is a company that takes advantage of its employees rather than investing in them. If you’re looking for a workplace where employees are valued, supported, fairly compensated, and treated with professionalism, I would look elsewhere.
