Pluspunten

- The vast majority of people are nice, hard-working, and well intentioned people. Made up almost exclusively of younger folks, early in their career who are hungry to learn and willing to help each other out. - Work/Life balance is good - Interesting opportunity as company continues to transition to Enterprise offering - strong name recognition in future job market

I think the extremely high rating here on Glassdoor and the CEO's long-winded responses to all criticism is a good window into life at Instapage. This is a critical review of the company for sure, to which I highly recommend anyone considering a position with the future to reach out to an alumni for an honest assessment of the company. - leadership does not trust employees, taking away WFH prior to COVID/quarantine, as one simple example - the long term strategy of the company changes drastically quarter to quarter - favoritism is rampant, predominantly in an effort to appease the leadership team who are ultimately yes men to the CEO - compensation is low for San Francisco

Thank you for this review. I will have to agree with you on a few key points. The high reviews on Glassdoor and my detailed responses are a great window into our culture here. I fully support reaching out to alumni for perspective. The vast majority of 400 employees we have hired have done/are doing a fantastic job, advancing their careers, and are therefore quite satisfied based on internal surveys. Furthermore, just as I take the time to respond to posts like these, I run the company with transparency, honesty, integrity, and to the best of my abilities. I am always learning and working to improve. I would also agree that we have a great work/life balance and that our people are nice and incredibly hard-working. I can't entirely agree with some of the other points that seem to be influenced by the unfortunate circumstances that led to eliminating this design position. - Leadership absolutely trusts employees as long as they meet their quarterly OKR's, participate in meetings, are kind to others, and provide useful feedback. WFH was not eliminated before COVID. However, we did alter when/how it could be used based on feedback. Nonetheless, we have now been WFH for the past 9 months and will be executing at least 2 days WFH per week, post-COVID. - We do not implement favoritism that goes beyond promoting those who work the hardest, have the best results, and are nice people. Doing so would be counterintuitive to our goals as a company and my own personal motivations to succeed. - Compensation is not low at any of our offices, with an average base starting salary of over $110,000 and a total package of well over $200,000 in San Francisco, including benefits and stock options. Again, it is unfortunate that this job had to be eliminated, and I respect your decision to be critical of the company. I will always respond accordingly.

-The golden years of Instapage AKA Postclick was between 2017-2019 - Team was efficient and small, Culture was still laid back and fun

Minpunten

- Management got greedy and took on bad debt, then had to find a C suite team to take over. The new C-suite team basically destroyed the company so bad they had to sell to Airslate. - Airslate then slaughtered all the OGs of Instapage aka Fired because US workers were too much so they hired out in South America and Eastern Europe. - It was sad because this could have been a profitable company if egos were in check
