Lack of Diversity - werkgeversreview Interviewee (Assistant Project Manager) bij Power Construction

Power Construction lacks Diversity. Inappropriate interviewing from senior management - During interview, the interviewer did not properly interview me. No questions was asked as related to the position. Instead of asking me questions about the position, the interviewer recommended other companies that was steered towards the black community. I was highly qualified with education and experience. After the interview, I made the decision that I did not want to work for a company that show signs of discrimination.
