- Research, prospect, qualify and identify potential customers for products or services - Arrange for presentation and/or demonstration of solutions to prospects - Develop sales & marketing plans/strategy to introduce products/solutions in new markets - Confer with customers and engineers to assess the needs and system requirements - Penetrate and open up new accounts and markets and onstant improving technical competency to educate prospects with the ideal solution and best practices - Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing and emerging technologies and the latest product line developments - Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and market size - Offer commercial and technical proposals according to technical specifications and customer requirements - Attend trade shows and seminar to promote products or to learn about industry developments - Staffing booths at trade shows/exhibitions.
