Cross training opportunities are vast, and it's very easy to move up in the ranks - naturally, dependant on your performance, initiative, etc. Powertek has an uncanny ability in identifying and recruiting top notch talent, as well as placing talent in positions that promote both scalability and enterprise expertise. Very good at promoting and approving technical/business training for all employees on different contracts and capacities. Great company to work for - mostly because you feel like you're a vested part of the company, and not just a name on a roster.
