To claim anyone loves firing people is a complete lie and baseless accusation. We have had a stable team here in place for many years, and the management team has experienced minimal turnover in the last 3+ years. We have a majority of employees celebrating 5+ years with PracticeMatch, and recently had a valued employee retire after 25 years. We have a success-driven culture here and some employees find that this is not the right place for them. I am glad that you enjoyed the time off between Christmas and New Years.
