During my time here countless employees left the department. We were constantly being told there is either a hiring freeze or we are actively looking to hire more but can't find anyone. In reality this was just another excuse to take advantage of the remaining employees to carry the additional workload and tasks for the same pay. -They do not give pay raises to lower level employees and blame the economy while all of management still get their raises -There is zero support from management, good luck digging through hundreds of articles with outdated information while on calls to try and solve infinite issues. Managers here are clueless and inconsistent. If you ever need help with something they either don't know the answer or respond to you an hour later long after you ended the call. -Management is hyper fixated on stats opposed to doing quality work -Pay is far too low for the vast amount of knowledge you are expected to know and scenarios to handle -Employees are not appreciated here are overworked and under compensated. Higher tier agents and Managers sit around doing barely anything most of the day and stroll around the office chatting amongst themselves while the rest do about 75% of the work. -Training is lacking and does not prepare you at all for the sheer volume of problems you are expected to resolve -Blatant favoritism to a select number of employees. There is no opportunity for growth unless you're a bootlicker or good buddies with management.
