i m working in Prayag software solution approx 9 month.this is worst company
$. HR is totally arrogate,she have no idea how to talk with employee.
$. management policy is worst they are deduct 10% TDS in salary its nor matter what is salery(if salery is 8k also )
$ they are listen only own people other employee is not matter.
$ if you have any issue and u are inform upper management they never slove ur problem and if u inform so many time so they are fired u.
$ if they are offer DATA Analysis profile so never ever join because this is completely copy paste work.
$ notice period is 3 month. so dont waste ur time join time company.

I believe you left this review on the wrong company's Glassdoor page. We do not have any employees or offices in Noida or in India at all for that matter.
