My experience at this company was disappointing due to a clear lack of organization and structure within the department. Expectations around roles and responsibilities were not accurately communicated, which made it difficult to succeed in the position. Leadership was also unprofessional at times, including openly sharing opinions about employees, which is not appropriate—especially for new hires. This created an uncomfortable and untrustworthy work environment. Overall, the company has significant room for improvement in both leadership and internal processes. It reinforced the idea that poor management—not the job itself—is often the reason employees choose to leave.
