Minpunten
Oh boy. Let’s start with the money aspect. You make a good amount of money but you only do so because you don’t have a life while working here. We work 12 hour shifts period. Now you can work 3,4 or 5 days and depending what your job and shift is determine your days working. Down side is Management will make you work more than you want. Hired for four day work week to bad if they want you working five that’s how it will be. They give us holidays off but this year made it mandatory that we work July 4th but not everyone. They will take “volunteers” to work holidays and if enough don’t volunteer they will mandate it. It’s sad they can’t see we live here more than our own homes and all they see is money. It’s the typical were a big family when you get hired non sense but then when you’re in it’s about money and getting it at any cost. Only the ones the managers said they wanted working and you guessed it the office doesn’t have to work. Managers will do what they can to get out of work and most don’t know how to do the job they are overseeing. They refuse to spend money on things that are necessary to do our jobs. People are constantly trying to move positions because they burn out too fast. Money is okay but the only reason you have good paychecks is the amount of hours you put in to get there. They don’t want us fatigued but work us hours upon hours. They don’t want us rushing but are constantly yelling about coils that need to get out immediately. They don’t want us frustrated but they do everything that is against the grain. You’ll only move up if you do lay along to get along. They don’t want people that think for themselves. They want yes men.
