There is no accountability at all. Favorites is a major issue. Favorites get away with everything. While if you aren’t lined, they will find a way to let you go. Leadership will tell you what you want to hear but do nothing about it. Overturn is a major issue. It’s hard to report issues to human resource when they constantly leave the company because of the culture. Headquarters is a joke. Constantly making changes without involvement from associates. Always worried about keeping new hires while doing nothing for current associates. There is no development or reason to move up. You make the same as someone who has worked there for years. The company is a joke. The president and COO need to go.
