Micromanagement over customer support, claim analyst and lack of employee value. Remember, without the face (CS front line/front door and Tech support staff) of Precor, you are 'just' another company. Give staff a heads up about layoffs, a week before Christmas and you lay valuable employees off creates extremely bad morale. When people are working out upstairs the ceiling particles fall on staff work areas. Location needs to be remodeled and cleaned.

The company has always struggled with keeping up to date with technology. It is their Achilles heel and will always be despite a decade of management changes.
