Unfortunately, the company has given up on leadership. The core team is replaced with some new wanna bes who think knowing some recent ai algo is enough qualification to scrap the previous code base and do anything in the name of product delivery. I was a part of that core team and we had vision under that leadership and unfortunately everything started going south from there once this team was replaced. When the work environment became toxic those long work hours which are common in start-up ecosystem and which we took as a challenge earlier just became unbearable. Not to mention the constant partial delegation towards these recent additions I wish good luck to the company having worked there but I seriously doubt the trajectory this company is on.
