My time at Preferred Management Solutions was honestly such an important part of my growth. I worked with a supportive team who trusted me, challenged me, and helped me build confidence in handling complex, sensitive cases. Other agents are brilliant people and lovely to work with.

Higher management are awful, horrible to speak to. Very condescending and patronising, go around the world or promise you things and then never see it through. And they wonder why people leave or put a sick note in. Feel very sorry for the team leaders who are still there, can tell they are under so much stress and for what? To be told they still aren’t doing good enough!!
