As long as there’s no issues or problem, there’s a lot of autonomy to be had. If you are willing, you can wear multiple hats and help other teams that are struggling. The company offers a hybrid / full time remote for certain employees.
Minpunten
A lot of restructuring in the company that causes a lot of teams changing managers every few months. A lot of teams have had employees been laid off in the last few years, some teams cut by 50% and the work given to the remaining employees with no raise. Company culture has massively declined in the last few years (toxic management, poor leadership, frustrations between colleagues due to lack of support, …). Chances of promotion are very slim, they are rarely based on performance or value that you bring to the team but more on who you know or if you friends with the family as it is family owned. Decision are often based on how it would make the leadership team rather than if it is the best decision for the company.
