Pluspunten
Brand Evolution: Having been here over 4 years, I’ve seen the company grow from a media publisher to a full tech-data powerhouse. It is significantly easier to lock in event partners now because the PressLogic brand (and our sub-brands like HolidaySmart) is a household name. I’m not pitching concepts; I’m pitching guaranteed reach. The "Unfair" Advantage: In events, sponsors want data and distribution. Because I can tap into our internal KOL network and AI analytics tools, my partnership proposals are stronger than what competitors can offer. It’s a great feeling to have that kind of ammo when walking into a pitch. Earned Autonomy: Tenure is respected here. Once you prove you can deliver, the trust level is high. I have full control over how I structure event sponsorship packages and manage client relationships without micromanagement. Flat Decision Making: Even as we’ve grown larger, we haven't become bureaucratic. If I have a new idea for an event IP or a partnership structure, I can get a "yes" from leadership in days, not months.
Minpunten
No "Comfort Zone": Even after 4 years, you can’t coast. The business pivots fast to match the market, and you have to reinvent your sales approach constantly. If you are looking for a place to settle into a static routine for a decade, this isn't it. High Intensity: The event cycle + the company's natural speed equals a very intense workload. There are periods of back-to-back meetings and tight deadlines where you really feel the pressure. You need high stamina and the ability to self-regulate your schedule to survive the long haul here.
