The PIC Mechanism: Management is adopting a "Person-In-Charge" (PIC) mechanism to ensure every talented individual has a moment to shine. This effectively prevents top talent from being blocked by middle management or mediocre managers. Spotlight on Juniors: Top leadership actively ensures that everyone’s output—including juniors—is spotlighted, exaggerated, and appreciated through an embedded fast-promotion program. It is impossible to do a "hea" (lazy) job or settle into a static routine. Elite Expectations: The learning curve is steep, and the expectations are high, requiring high stamina and total flexibility as priorities shift to stay ahead of the market.
