Pluspunten
- Head of IT is super easy to work with, absolutely proficient in his line of work, great mentor! - IT Team in general is full of great people to work with! - free coffee, water and/or tea - great IT infrastructure, lots of cool tech to work with although some might find it a bit convoluted (linux, microsoft, vmware, azure, docker) - lots of DevOps based deployments and software in use (super interesting!) (Infrastructure as Code) - good laptops, fair phones (if needed) - nice office with a great balcony on the top floor overlooking munich (you can even see then alps in the right conditions) - CEOs / Directory and Teammanagers are open to criticism and or solutions to further optimize work flows, IT infrastructure(servers and/or cloud), software suggestions - home office definately possible - leaving for a doctor's appointment is usually not a problem at all even when communicated just a day in advance
Minpunten
In no particular order: - very high fluctuation - some department heads are absolutely unqualified for or just a terrible fit for the position - budgets for trainings basically non-existent and have to be fought for (hard) - basic IT quipment severly lacking (headsets, keyboards, mice) - coffee has a weird taste, but I guess I just got used to it after a while - severe lack of communication from the CEOs towards their employees - some divisions seem to overwork way too much and are proud of that - toxic atmosphere within munich office (depends heavily on the department though) - just 27 days of paid vacation compared to 30 in this industry - bonus only for sales related positions, no "Weihnachtsgeld" or "Urlaubsgeld" aside from rather low wages in general (but this isn't a big company worth billions, so sort of okay I guess)
