Consider it a pro that I am warning you, prospective employees, that the 4 and 5 star reviews are all fake. Or employees are being forced to write them and if they don't there is a punishment as consequence.

Minpunten

Everything is measured on a scale starting at bad and gets worse. Just read the 1 and 2 star reviews and that will tell you. Also, as another review points out, look at reviews under their previous name, Zdaly. Lots of insight there that tells the truth.
