Pluspunten
A lot of people will claim that the management at their company is fantastic because they feel like they can talk to their superior. I have seen over and over again when someone is experiencing personal issues, health, divorce, etc., the management steps in here and says "don't worry, it will be OK, take care of yourself" and they mean it. There is no concern if you will have a job when you get through your strife's. There have been many occasions when people have needed more than their 'allotted' sick time and they were still paid their normal salary. The CEO has managed the company well and although many people do not understand his thought processes, they should consider that when the economy was bad and most other companies were laying people off, no one lost their job at Prima Power. That speaks volumes.
Minpunten
The industry is highly stressful as every customer seems to expect immediate response and feels that their issue is the only one of importance. Not the companies fault, just a nature of the industry.
