Colleagues ALWAYS willing to help and they try their best to make you feel welcome, senior staff also are nice, in the fact that in the first weeks they don't expect too much out of you, they praise you for the work you have done and know that you're not instantly going to know where things are or what to do in a situation. My manager in particular is very friendly and doesn't treat me like an employee, more like a friend- which is good if you're new and feeling nervous or anxious
Minpunten
it can get monotonous sometimes, and if you're new and are told to put the returned products back it can sometimes be hard to find where they go, for example a specific blouse may not be in the blouse section so you have to ask somebody- and in this case it may even be from another store in which the product isn't on sale in your shop, therefore you've been looking around for 10 minutes only to be told we don't actually stock it in here.
