Family-run business, and they’re upfront about it—lots of family and extended family work here, but they treat everyone fairly. They actually care about their employees. I had a lot of personal issues, and they showed me that I mattered and supported me through it. If you work hard and do your job, there’s room to grow and succeed.

The work can be demanding, so it’s not for someone looking for an easy job. It’s a machine shop, so things can get busy and stressful at times. Like any workplace, not every decision makes everyone happy, but overall, they try to do right by their employees. Because they are small the benefits were better elsewhere
